Ohio Living has been named the LeadingAge Catalyst for July 2019 in recognition of its comprehensive program that creates a positive workplace culture for its 3,200 employees.

According to the LeadingAge Catalyst website, Ohio Living was ranked number 22 on Fortune magazine’s list of the 50 Best Workplaces in Aging Services. It has been certified as a Great Place to Work™ by the Great Place to Work Institute. Ten of its sites have been named LeadingAge Ohio Employers of Choice. Three have been named to the NorthCoast 99 as great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent. Its recognition culture was featured in the book Appreciate: Celebrating People, Inspiring Greatness.
