ROCKVILLE, Md. – Ingleside President and CEO Lynn O’Connor, MSA, LNHA, CASP, CMDCP, was recognized as one of Maryland’s 2022 Most Admired CEOs by The Daily Record. The award was presented to Lynn and the other 32 recipients at a dinner event on November 3, 2022. Glendening to the Maryland Assisted Living Task Force, charged with creating Maryland’s first assisted living legislation and regulations. O’Connor currently serves as chair of the Board of Directors for LeadingAge DC and PAHSA. “Lynn is passionate and dedicated to the work of Ingleside and embodies our core values of accountability, respect, integrity, stewardship, and excellence,” said Ingleside Chief Operating Officer Christine L. Podles. “Lynn’s distinguished accomplishments along with her ability to lead Ingleside forward with strength and compassion are why she is so deserving of this recognition.” Lynn has a bachelor’s in health care management from St. Joseph’s University, a Master of Science in health care administration from Central Michigan University, and Long-term Care Certification from the University of Maryland.
