Twenty-three PAHSA member organizations are among the top 200 non-profit multi-site senior living organizations, according to the 2022 LeadingAge/Ziegler Top 200 report (2022 LZ 200). The report, released in October 2022, also named 14 member organizations among the top 85 HCBS providers. Four PAHSA member organizations among the top 150 single-campus senior living organizations. The primary ranking criteria for housing is by total living units. Ranking criteria for HCPS is in total revenue. The report includes information on a number of trends and transitions, including corporate brand name and leadership changes, growth trends and organizational characteristics to name a few.
