Presbyterian Senior Living (PSL) Board of Trustees has announced that Dan Davis will step up at the next President & CEO, effective November 1, 2022. In a letter announcing this decision, Board Chair Anne Drennan and Search Committee Chair Susan Reimann wrote, “The search committee placed great value on choosing a leader who will effectively guide PSL into the future, and carry forward the recently developed the strategic plan and beyond. Our goal was to entrust the future of the organization to a person who would live the mission, vision, and values of Presbyterian Senior Living.” Dan, who currently serves as SVP & COO, brings 30 years of experience in aging services. He joined PSL in 2001 as executive director of Westminster Village, located in Allentown, Penn., and rose through the ranks as regional director of operations, vice president of operations and has served in his current position since 2018. As the 5th President & CEO of PSL, Dan will fill the position previously held by Jim Bernardo who will retire at the end of the year. Jim Bernardo will work with Davis over the next two months to provide a smooth transition and onboarding experience before his official retirement at the end of the year.
